Using the information you provide to us we create an estimate which is sent out to your email for review. (please read the terms and conditions carefully, and YES we do use the customers water)
We may also call you to discuss the work or schedule an in person quote depending on the type of job.
Once the Estimate has been approved we Go ahead and book you in our schedule.
One the day we will meet with you and discuss the service we will be providing and go over any of your concerns.
Once the job is complete and you are satisfied an electronic invoice will be sent to you for payment.
